Purchasing Loan Pools from FIHOP

FIHOP seeks to have funds continuously available to fund developments as they are needed in Mississippi. Therefore, from time to time, FIHOP will make loans from its loan pool available for sale. FIHOP does not sell individual loans; rather, FIHOP pools loans to meet the needs of the inquiring investor. Loan documentation is standardized to the industry, and pool information is available upon request.
